hi guys...i am keeping my promise ! i don't even know where to start. well, last week was an entertaining week. there were many funny moments here at isu, including walking in a drivethrough line with lots of cars at McDonald's at 2 in the morning, when i went to shake my snapple bottle, forgetting i didn't tighten the cap, then having the pink lemonade go all over me and the floor , and the water bottle fight at chatters during bonnie's birthday celebration! i guess these are all things you would have to be there for!!! but they did all involve plenty of laughing . right girls?!
but what definitely made last week a good week was going home. i know that i probably should not be going home as much as i do, but that is what makes me happy. home is where my heart is . my family, my best friends, and my sweetie are what make me happy. having been away from them for a couple of months now, makes me a billion times more grateful to have each of them in my life. especially after what happened a little over a month ago, it is fearsome to think that we could go at any moment. i try not to think about that though, because God doesn't want us to go through life worrying like that. i just want to treasure every moment i get to spend with my loved ones.
on friday, my dad, brothers kev and ty, and i went to see SCHOOL OF ROCK!!! if you have not seen this movie, SEE IT ! i know that after i see a movie for the first time i always say "this is my new favorite movie!" (right k, s, and c?), but HONESTLY....this movie has got to be my absolute favorite!!! it is incredible! jack black is the funniest (in the weirdest way, hehe) man alive and the kids in this movie are just adorable and each have their own little personality. not only did this movie make my laugh so hard, but it is such a feel-good movie, too.....and it makes me even more excited to teach little kids! oh, i cannot wait to be a teacher and have my own classroom. but i don't think i can teach mr. scheebly style, which would be a blast (but illegal)! i will try my best to have that kind of impact on my students though ...
saturday began as a sad day. god bless serena and celeste's 'ghi' (grandma). "A wedding, a war, a daughter, 3 more." she has been in a better place for a couple of months now, and we know that she has been and will forever continue to watch over her loved ones. i love you serena and celeste ~ my sisters ~

so back to my weekend.....saturday night i went to jeff's apartment in chicago. we went to a show at loyola, got some thai food, and feel asleep watching movies (the usual ). i love spending the night at his apartment. it's the best feeling when you wake up in the middle of the night and are able to hug and hold the one you love. i can never have enough cuddling time .....being with him gives me true happiness and of course those tingles. he makes me feel special in his own little ways. and i know that there is absolutely no other guy out there like him. i really really do love you, jeff.

i just love that smile too .....so, overall, it was a really good weekend. and i am going home this weekend to spend halloween with my family. my little sister is going to be Snowwhite and i will definitely take pictures! okay, jen and lauren, i am coming over now...just wait till i put pictures of you up here. just kidding! bye everybody, have a good night!
